Welcome to the PlasmoGenEpi learning home page. We are a network of scientists affiliated with the University of California San Francisco, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Imperial College of London and other partnering institutions who have come together since 2018 to address challenges in malaria genomic epidemiology.
